No one is unwell at Sparkle Restore right now, and it is business as usual, however the health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount.
We have read the advice given by the WHO and Government and informed our staff of the risks associated with Covid-19 and how we can reduce the risks for our staff and customers.
We keep up to date with all the recent government announcements to ensure we can put these into place so that everyone is safe. During times of lockdown we operate team meetings via online platforms like zoom.
We can enter customers properties to access windows at the rear or clean internal windows as long as social distancing of 2 m minimum is maintained and no residents in the household have or have had any symptoms within the last 14 days our staff will use sanitising wipes on their hands before and after entering anybody’s property and wear a mask.
Measures we have put in place include:
Staff will stand at least 2m away from customers and avoid lengthy conversations
Face masks will be worn for internal cleans and we continue to use antibacterial wipes before and after entering properties and social distancing
Customers are encouraged to use remote payment methods* such as GoCardless or telephone / debit card rather than cash or cheque
Staff will only enter a property if no resident there has had any cold symptoms within the past 14 days and residents stay at least 2m away from staff
We will continue to monitor advice and update our policy as required.

We have had feedback from customers to say how great it is to have their windows cleaned from the outside when they are stuck indoors.
Also customers are saying that it is the most fun the kids have had right now watching the window cleaner do their work.
